I don't know about cake...but the pineapple upside down shooter is

1 oz vanilla vodka

1oz pineapple juice

2 drops grenadine

Here's a weight watcher's recipe that everyone will love. Take an angel food cake mix. DO not add the oil, etc it calls for. Simply stir in one can of crushed pineapple and bake according to the box. You can use a rectangular pan or a bundt, it doesn't matter. Before you are ready to serve it and the cake is completely cooled, cover it in cool whip, on tub will work. Then you can decorate it with pineapple rings or chunks. No one will ever know it's a low-cal recipe.
