The batch I made for breakfast made a whole lot more than I thought it would, and I've got 6 pieces left. Has anyone tried freezing it before? Does it turn out well? How does one reheat it?
I would think it would be ok. You can freeze pancakes and bread so french toast, why not? I reheat pancakes in the microwave or in the oven I would guess french toast would be the same?
Yes, because I buy it frozen at Trader Joes and that is what DD eats. I'm sure it will be ok. We just put each piece in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds to heat up.
