Jeny, thanks for thinking of me. I've been thinking of all of you and so excited to see the many BFP's.
By God's grace, I've been well. They added a 7 on 7 off to my monthly work schedule. They also cut my pay by 10% at the hospital. I am dying to get out of clinical. I hate retail but I my have to return to Walgreens.
Regarding TTC, I took the month off of Clomid, Ovidrel, and temping. I kept my appointment for my u/s but did not tell my RE that I was not on the meds. The u/s showed two follies; one on each side, 17cm and 23cm. The RN said they looked great and suggested IUI. If I don't get KU this cycle, I'm strongly considering IUI for July.
Enough about me, how are you? Anything new in your TTC journey? Did you do anything differently this cycle? Are you still on Clomiphene and progesterone? Honestly, good luck testing over July 4th. I'll be hesitantly joining you.
Re: JenyM
Ewww they cut your pay?! That's is horrible! I hate retail too. I currently work part time in retail to supplement my pay. But, I used to work retail for 5 years full time. Lately, I too am considering going back. I guess the grass is always greener...My long term plan is to eventually have kids then work part time in retail.
I'm glad that you took a break from meds but are still Oing on your own! Good luck! I hope this works out for you!
I still haven't gotten AF after my natural m/c in May. I was going to take prometrium to bring on AF. But, RE wanted me to do bloodwork first. So, my estradiol was 245, prog=0.6 and hcg was negative. So, they told me to go ahead and take it. But, being that my E2 was high. I figured I'd see what happens over the weekend. Well, I got my first peak ever on cbefm. So, I decided not to take the prometrium and let AF come naturally. But, we did try. So, we'll see what happens. If AF comes, then i'll do a medicated cycle (clomid + ovidrel) under the supervision of the RE (for the first time). I'm excited!
So, either way, BFP or AF is fine for me :-)
YAY! Your testing too on July 4th? Cool!
I may cave on the 3rd in case of a positive i can go see the RE and get beta's.
