How many times a week can/do you eat tuna?

I have been craving tunafish sandwiches!  I have tried to keep it to once a week but I want another one today and just had one on Monday.  What has your OB said?

I've read every 4 days if you are using light tuna, or every 10 days if you are using white tuna.  I usually only like the white, but I've been forcing myself to use the light so I can have it more, and really it tastes the same, just doesn't look as good!

I eat it at least once a week ... I love it!  As for the white/light distinction, I actually have no idea what I'm eating becuase I get it for lunch at a place in my office building.

I've been going by 1x/week if it's albacore, and 2x/week if it's the chunk light.  I have also been craving tuna and eat it at least once a week (I stick to the chunk light so I can have it more often).

Yep, I was told 2x week for chunk light also. I've been having tuna salad on toast at least once a week!
