Feeding Evaluation?

My son  will be 7 months old on the 1st of July.  He and his brother are eating the Level 2 foods; however, he cries throughout his entire feeding until he gets his bottle.  He cries no matter what type of food he is getting. I initially thought he would grow out of this but lately I have been concerned.

I finally contacted my peditrician and he has recommended that he undergo a feeding evaluation.  Has anyone had their child go through this type of evalaution and if so what is entailed and what sort of treatment/therapy was provided if any.

 Also, has anyone had a similar experience to what I am currently going through.
