  • I have a few questions.

    1. When was your first appointment with the high risk doctor?

    2.  When you had your ultra sounds, did the babies measure a few days different sometimes in the beginning?  On Monday one was 6wk 6days, 6wk 5 days, and 6 weeks 3 days, I keep worrying about the smallest one even though the RE said it was ok.

    Thanks!

    1. 16 weeks

    2. yes, always. by several days, sometimes. and mine are identical, so for me it'd be riskier to have size differences than if they were all fraternal (or tri/tri). so you definitely shouldn't worry. (my doctors never worried about my boys' size differences.)

  • Thank you Pea-Kay!

My first appt. w/ high risk is at 11 weeks.  I thought they would start sooner, but I guess its not necessary.

  • I did not go to the high risk dr till 20 weeks, which now i think was way too long to wait. the sooner the better, the doctor will get to know you and know what is best for you.

my babies did meausure a little different, so don't worry.
