vomiting after soy formula?? help please

We tried soy formula today for DD's gassiness (we were also told we can try Enfamil gentlease, and she has been eating enfamil lipil).

DH fed her 4 oz of soy at 5pm, half hour later she vomited most or all of it.  We thought maybe a fluke, and I tried to feed her again at about 8, and 5 mins into the feeding she vomited again (everything I would assume she has eaten).  We waited about 40 mins and tried to feed her the formula she normally eats, she ate about 3 oz then vomited again.  Did I try feeding her too soon? 

I called the on-call nurse after she vomited the second time, she seems to think the soy formula didn't agree with her.  So far she has no other symptoms (no temp, diarrhea, etc.). 

I'm concerned cause she hasn't had anything stay in her belly since her 1:30-2:00 feeding.  Should I worry about dehydration?

I'm just curious why you went to soy? Was she showing signs of a milk allergy? I wouldve went to Gentlease before ever going to soy... ?
