Woohoo - 2 Month Break :)

I have decided not to take classes during the second summer session of school. It won't set me back in terms of academic progress, so I thought "why not?". I am free until the 24th of August!

I haven't had a summer off from school for two years. What? I'm sooo excited! I've been feeling very burnt out with school. My degree is not going to contribute anything to my career goals with my photography business or being a mother.

Of course, I still want my degree and I will still get my degree, I just feel other things in life will be taking priority over school and I am 1,000% fine with that. I know I will have my degree but if it takes me a little longer to finish up in the event we get pregnant or if I get (even more) busy with my photography business, I am fine with putting school on the back burner.

That is all Smile I just had to get that off my chest!

Enjoy your time off you deserve it.

Your pictures from Alaska are great...I would love to go there someday. I have a cousin that has lived up there for 25 plus years and keeps inviting us up for a visit. And with this heat we are having I was ready to go yesterday.
