Can you explain to me about the NICU levels?
I know that level 3b takes babies <28 weeks, and level 3c does cardiac surgeries, etc...
I read online that St Vincent Women's is 3d. But in my Googling I didn't find a definition for a level 3d NICU. (Only levels 3a, 3b, 3c)
And, I'd previously thought St V women's was a level 4 - or that's what we were told. I thought that level 4 meant they had high frequency oscillators (which Andrew used!) but my search only mentioned levels 1, 2, and 3.
Have the ratings changed? why the confusion? haha
