Has anyone heard of using culturelle?

My pedi recommended sprinkling a capsule of this stuff in LO's formula to help with gas issues.  I've never heard of it before. She said it's basically the "good stuff" that you find in yogurt (that keeps your digestive system on track I am guessing).  Anyone do this?

    Yes, my pedi had me do this for two weeks for DS and his gas. It basically helps restore the balance in the digestive tract. I emptied one capsule in his bottle each day. It really seemed to help him.

    I used it when DS got diarrhea from antibiotics.  It is a probiotic, so it is suppose to help replenish the good GI tract flora.  They told me it would help settle his stomach, so I guess it could work for gas too.
