As soon as they come home.  The bouncy seat was a lifesaver the first 4 weeks.  Only place he'd nap.  Now he only naps in his swing.

Swing you can start whenever. With the bouncer, we started at 3 mos when DD had good head control, and she started enjoying standing up in people's laps.
