On Saturday we went to my parents to spend Father's day with my family.  My cousin was there with her 4 year old little boy.  He decided that my DH was his BFF for the day.  Ethan followed him around, sat in his lap, made him jump on the trampoline and play soccer, sat with him at dinner, etc.  DH was so good with him and all I kept thinking is that I can't wait to see him with his own children and how much I want that to happen soon. It almost broke my heart....  My mom gave DH a hug and wished him a happy Father's Day. She said that just because we didn't have a baby now doesn't mean that he wasn't a Father.  My DH was very choked up but said he appreciated it and that he hoped it would happen one day soon.  It was a bitter sweet moment and made me cry.  I just keep thinking about when it will be our turn...

Yep...apparently I will be throwing my own pity party today.  Did anyone want to join me?

My day was so similar. DH makes me melt when I see him with babies. I feel like such a bad wife because I haven't been able to give him any of his own.

Thanks for joining me ladies! It is no fun to "party" on my own. Thank you also for your comments about DH. I do think he is pretty great..  He has been super supportive throughout this whole process. He is very down to earth which helps ground me when I am being totally irrational and blaming myself because we are not pregnant. He feels it will happen again when it is ment to and reminds me that I "can't climb on top of myself and get pregnant, it takes two" (which always makes me laugh). Not that he doesn't get sad with me but he just tries to keep me busy thinking of reasons why it is ok that it has not happened yet.  What do you do as a couple to stay positive about BFN's?

I usually don't tell DH when I POAS. He thinks I am too concerned with TTC so I have to keep it between me and my bumpies.

Same....except I haven't started testing again...But when I used to, I didn't tell him if it was a BFN......
