How is the lactulose going?

hmm I'm not sure yet!  I mean, he did stool yesterday which is a win.  But it seems like something is bothering his tummy.

Overall he's doing good, but when falling asleep, it's been really taking a lot of coaxing because everytime he's *just* asleep, his tummy rumbles really loud and it wakes him up.  It's not a hungry rumble because generally his stomach is full.  Is that normal now that his bowels are working and they didn't before (so I never heard bowel sounds...lol) or does that sound abnormal??? 

I'm not sure if the tummy thing is a result of the increased eryped or the lactulose.  I also wonder if we should get him on the increased eryped since it seems like it wasn't working anymore.  

I was looking and he's taken a fairly sharp general trend downward in the last 2 weeks.  It's difficult to tell though, because that's also when the nanny started.  She's doing a lot better at "forcing" him to eat but at first it was a struggle, which I expected since it's hard for us to get him to eat.  And he's been sleeping more.  But it does make me think maybe we should just can the eryped.  

I'm gonna call the doctor tomorrow, but I know she's going to ask what we think is working etc. 

I'm just so confused. :-(  I don't know what's helping or hurting anymore.  I just want my little boy to eat and not hurt!

and how is the waiting going? What are you doing to pass the time?
