    Stuffed chicken breasts - make instant stuffing, pound chicken, wrap around stuffing, pour golden mushroom (or whatever soup you have in the house) on top... cook at 325 for as long as it takes (depends how thin you made the chicken)

    The whole process takes maybe 15-20 minutes and stuffed chicken breast seems fancy

    Add steamed veggie of your choice (done in microwae)

    maybe a salad

    ETA: use toothpicks to hold chicken together!?
