Sore Throat

So...the last time I had a sore throat was back in January at probably the same DPO [I wasn't temping @ that time].  My question is, I don't have a fever, but w/ the sore throat, does that do anything to your temp's?  Mine was a bit higher than it normally is for me this morning, but not even normal, so I can't say I have a fever.  Also, since I am 2WW, is there anything that I can safely take that won't hurt a [keeping my fingers crossed] developing baby?  TIASmile

    Not sure about the temps.  Iwould guess it would onlly affect your temp if you had an infection/virus.  If its just a dry throat for whatever reason (maybe allergies or smoking?) it should affect your temp.  But it could be the beginning of a cold.  I hope not.  I would try cough drops and popsicles first.
