how long is opened container of yogurt good for?

i have the large 32 oz of whole milk yogurt (wholefoods brand)... it says expires on July 23.   does it expire sooner after opening?

DD eats so little of it at a time, it would definitely last us into mid july.

I think it's only good for 3-4 days after opening. I got the same thing as you, on from Trader Joe's, and I froze half of it in an ice cube tray. It's defrosting fine.
