So I see my boss today and tell him that I had to schedule another drs appt next week so the cardio can check out the baby's heart. He says, "are you going to use PTO time for that." I say no, I just plan to make up an hour by either staying late or coming in early.

Let me preface this by saying he's always told us in the past that if we have to leave early we can make it up INSTEAD of using PTO time. Is this his little hint that I now need to start using PTO time? WTF, I hope not or I'll be pissed. I go to the doctor once a month and I'm sorry that this month I have to go twice. You knew that I was pg when you hired me. Thanks!

I'm sure he'll be fine with you making that hour up, otherwise he would've asked you to use PTO. Especially since he's told you in the past that it's okay to make up time as opposed to PTO. If he asks you to use PTO, that would suck but until then, I'd continue doing what he said was fine in the past.
