The GTG was fun!  I don't know how easy it would be to sit at a table chatting for an hour now that she's mobile and needs to be entertained constantly.  But if one is planned, I will definitely try to go again (I am so not a planner, haha).

Sorry to butt in, but both of your babies are getting so big! (And cute!!!!!) We should do another GTG soon. Let me know if you have any ideas and I'll try to put one together!

i am mostly on parenting after a loss board and we had a little GTG a few weeks ago at centenial park in ellicott city. we just brought a few blankets and some toys and let the kids play.

do you live in EC?  I'm a member of the Ellicott City mom's group on meetup.com.  It's a good group and there is usually a playgroup every week.

The location last time was good for me since it's only like 10 minutes from my house.  But we'll go anywhere!

i live in elkridge. are the playgroups usually during the week? i work full time (right now) - i will go part time in the fall.

oh, I didn't realize how close we are!  My husband works in Elkridge.

Yes, they're mostly during the week.  Sometimes there are walks on the weekends, or other activities if anything if going on in the area.  It just depends when people host the playgroups...I'm sure there are other working moms who'd like to have them on the weekends too!

Hopefully we'll have another GTG soon
