what do you take?  I called the dr and they said Sudafed is fine, the plain one, but the pharmacist said no.  I took it once before cause he told me to, but now I just read that it does something with blood flow to placenta on baby center.  ANyway, I am totally suffering, and the saline spray isnt cutting it anymore.  What do you take????

I take Zytrec and use a the Neti Pot at least twice a day.  They both work great.

i use the neti pot when im at home and i keep some saline nasal solution stuff in my purse i think its called ocean something or other

I use the Neti Pot twice a day & when it's really bad I take Tylenol Sinus.

I have been taking Sudafed, my OB-GYN said it was fine. I also use saline nasal spray, the shower soother things, and sleep with a dehumidifyer beside my bed.
