No I'm not doing DAD pics BUT...

We tried to do finger painting this morning for DH's father's day present! ?I have a double frame, where one side is going to be a pic of DS and DH, and the other is a painting done by DS...here is how our morning went:

WTF Mom? ?These are NOT Puffs!! ?GEt me my damn Puffs!!

OK, so the highchair was a bad idea, let's take it outside...

Mom, I don't get it...what are we doing out here??

OK, it's hot and sticky and these paints feel funny and they DON'T taste good, seriously? ?Can we go back inside, this is stooopid...

OK so it didn't go as hoped but I was able to smear his hand around and get a good print of his hand so I guess that will do! ?Hopefully DH will like it...because I then had to sit DS in the bath and it took a good half hour to rinse all the blue paint off of him and his hair!

HA!  We're doing this tonight and that's about what I'm expecting.  Glad you got something usable though - and if all else fails, just give your H those pictures!

i just did this and my DD did the same thing- she was like WTH are we doing here mom i don't get it! - lol too funny

Great pictures!  I did this with DS this morning and he didn't really like it either.  He did a great picture though so I am excited!
