any ideas why she is so tired all the time?

please let me know what you guys think. she goes to bed around 8-830, wakes up around 730,8. takes 1 nap at 1030 to 12 and she really is ready for her first nap by 130- but i try to hold her till 230 or so b/c then she will want to go to bed by 5 for the night and this is too early. she always is so loud and no i dont think she is teething or sick- she has been acting like this for a month or so. any ideas?

Maybe a growth spurt? Is she eating more too?

2.5 hours is still a long time between naps.  2 hours is the most we get out of DS.  Maybe she still needs a 3rd nap?

I agree she may still need that 3rd nap. Maybe you could try one day to let her go down around 1:30 and then try to put her down again in the late afternoon/early evening and see if that works out for her?
