Right now we stick to mostly stage 2 foods. I"m going to try stage 3 soon. He'll eat puffs really well, but they get stuck to his hands easily so he gets frustrated unless I feed them to him. I tried some cheerios this past weekend and he did well, so I might give him those now since they don't seem to melt on his hands so easily. He does well with mum mums too.

i don't know what stage 2 or 3 means bc i make his foods but he eats his veggie and fruit purees which he's been eating since 5 months (but is starting to get bored of i think), bananas, puffs, cheerios, jumbo krispies (loves those), grilled cheese today, pieces of toast/bread/bagel, little pieces of pasta, hmmm what else? that's pretty much it i guess...we're starting to branch our more bc i feel like he's getting bored w/teh same old same old.
He still gets Stage 2 fruits and veggies, but it is a struggle.
He loves puffs, cheerios, graham crackers, pancakes. We have tried peas, carrots, pears (he still has trouble picking these up), bagel, toast. He is not the greatest with the pincer grasp, so if he cna't pick something up he ignores it. LOL Once he is better with the grasp, he will be on all table foods.
