Started my birthing class last night!

I can honestly say I can't wait to have this baby!  Labor and all!  This hypnobirthing class is something all should consider.  It is truly an amazing class explaining how your body is designed to give birth and how you can have a less painful labor with out drugs.

I'm so glad you liked the class.  It helped me so much - both during labor and during the pregnancy when I had trouble falling asleep.  Let me know if I can ever answer any Hypnobirth questions for you.

I told her that you told me about the class and she asked me your name but I couldn't remember.. then she guessed your name! Lol she is good! She is also going to help me with my phobia of needles!! I am so excited about that!

My husband keeps meaning to call her to work through his needle and pain phobia too.  I'm still shocked he made it through labor without passing out.  His phobia was part of the reason we hired a doula.

Oh your kidding! LOL  Actually, I have one of my best friends coming to the class with my husband and I just in case something like that happens with my DH.  She didn't charge extra either.  So nice!
