RP- DH's $1M invention

We have been thinking DD could swim for a while now. She is just afraid to go to far away from the steps. The other day she started swimming under water pretty well, but by the steps.

DH grabbed a jump rope and told her to hold onto it and swim. She did it! She now swims across the pool, but only holding on to the jump rope. I guess eventually she'll get the confidence to do it without it.

So, if you think your DC might be able to do well, try the jump rope (or something like it)!
