It's pouring rain and 60 degrees here. It's been this way all week. Summer needs to get here soon - this is unacceptable.

Oh, summer is here in full swing.  100 degrees, 60% humidity, no rain....I am miserable too.

If your looking for summer, might I suggest a weekend trip to New Orleans? Its 8:30 am, 82 degrees but feels like 88. Today's high is 96, which should feel like 105.

Yeah, I'm afraid all the summer is south of us right now.  That's OK, I will take it for the moment.  We're hanging out with DH's friends tomorrow, and the guy who's house we always hang at is too tight fisted to turn on the A/C like EVER.  I didn't mind that so much 45+ pounds ago, but right now I need my A/C.  (My mom came over last weekend and was complaining about how cold it is in my house, and I'm usually right there with her.)

I will give you some of our heat.  It is already in the mid 80s, and it is going to be around 97 degrees with a heat index of 105-110.

I would love to trade with you cool weather folks. It is already too hot here to go running anymore and I have a field meeting today at 2:00, when it's going to be 99 degrees. I HATE having to work in the heat and get all sweaty and stinky, and then have to go back to the office. Ugh, I can't believe we still have 4 more months of this.
