Does your DC breathe really loudly when sleeping?

DS usually winds up sleeping with his mouth open (when the binky falls out, that is).  He breathes SO LOUD that I can sometimes hear him at the bottom of the stairs (and he has while noise on in his room!).  I can hear almost every breath on the monitor.

I know that I tend to be a heavy breather (if there is such a thing - not snoring, just breathing loudly?) when I sleep, but I sometimes wonder if it's sleep apnea or something similar?  The ped thought when he was younger it was b/c of allergies - a stuffy nose.  He's now on Zyrtec and Vyanase and they def do help... but nothing abotu his breathing at night as changed. 

Sometimes I think he is tired during the day when he should be well-rested (and other times he's bouncing off the walls).  Does anyone else's DC do the loud-breathing at night?  FWIW, I don't notice this during naps..... weird?
