3rd Trimester

Does anyone else think that Dreft smells bad?

Or is it just me and crazy pregnancy nose? I think a lot of things stink lately, but I'm finishing baby's laundry and Dreft just reminds me of bad perfume or something.

I'll use it up because it was expensive and I have it, but I'm switching to Method Free and Clear after that.

  • I like it...but I bet others don't.  I'd toss it if it's not your style!

  • I'm super picky about detergent scents, and I actually like the smell of Dreft a lot!

  • I just used it for the first time today doing DD's laundry so I have some ready for her arrival. I don't like it either. I picked up some clothes from the dryer and breathed in 'cause I thought it would smell really great....but it doesn't.

  • The smell reminds me of No More Tears shampoo...
  • I love the way it smells!

    I hate perfumey scents.  Yuck.

Where will you buy Method Free & Clear?  Since Target discontinued it, I can't find it anywhere else except online, where it's remarkably more expensive.

  • ive used dreft since I was young because I have very very sensitive skin, and its the only thing that doesn't make me break out.  I have noticed that I like the dreft powder better than the liquid.  I know some people don't like the immediate smell, but after washing everything smells good to me :)  You just have to find something that is right for you!

WHAT!?! This is a bummer (about Target discontinuing). I love Method, and Target is where I usually stock up.

A couple of the local groceries in my area carry it, and I have actually seen it at Home Depot and Lowes a couple of times in the cleaning aisle.
