Yup. I leave a potty training potty in her room in the event she needs to go while napping (there is a safety gate on the nursery door). Well, this morning, after I washed it, rather than putting it away I accidentally put it to the side of the sink.
Fast forward to nap time-- she pooped in her potty, but there was no bucket to catch the poo, so she picked it all up, called me to her door, and handed me the poo.
Motherhood rocks.
Re: My DD handed me poo today.
OMG that is too funny.
On the up side, she knew to call you to get rid of it. She could of just left it there or played with it.
That's only funny because it didn't happen to me. How do you even respond to that??
And here I was all upset because DS knocked the diaper away with his foot and flung a piece of poo on the changing table, then proceeded to stick his heel with it and decorate the wall. Doesn't even compare to your trauma!

I'm laughing over here; DH thinks I'm crazy. Kids are so gross--they're great

Hahaha. I just took it from her and flushed it. Not sure what else i was suppose to do. I praised her b/c, clearly, it was my fault for not putting the potty away.
Then we proceeded to wash the top 3 layers of skin off...
Somehow, I found it A LOT more humorous than gross.
**and Stilts, she totally fingerpainted with poo when she was still a baby. Now THAT sucked. Especially since she partially painted another baby...**
