Hiccups

My 9 month-old has been getting hiccups pretty frequently lately after breastfeeding. They don't last too long and he doesn't seem uncomfortable, but I was just wondering how common this is for a baby his age, and if anyone knows what could be causing it.

Very, very common. DD got them all the time when she was a newborn. For her it was sucking in to much air, or crying hysterically.

Thanks. But DS had them as a newborn all the time too, then didn't have hiccups for like 8 months, and they have suddenly started up again.

Same here for the past week, DD is 10.5 months but adjusted 9.5 months old
