Is there anything besides constipation...

that would cause grunting and straining? DS pooped this afternoon but he has been miserable for quite a while now. I CANNOT figure out what's wrong. He is grunting and straining until his face is red. WDYT?  grrrrrr.

    have you tried rubbing his belly, maybe give him some pears or a little bit of pear juice mixed w/ water or prunes. DD has always had issues with constipation.
