Where did you purchase your crib?

I am semi new to the Pittsburgh area and just began my search for a crib and dresser. ?Other than Baby's R Us I have no idea where to go here!! ?Can you please tell me some good places to purchase baby furniture? ?

I googled USA baby and Cribs to Teens. ?Are either of these places any good?

I purchased my crib and mattress at USA Baby during a sale day on June 6.  I went back a week later to purchase a glider that I should have just purchased that day and they still gave me the sale price from a week ago.  The saleswoman also gave me a $15 coupon to purchase the ottoman that matched it.  In my experience there's more room to bargain at USA Baby than say BRU.  My only caution is that the crib will take 8-10 weeks to arrive because it had to be ordered.  Also, for $99 they are delivering the crib, glider and ottoman and assembling all of them.

I'd pay $100 to have them assemble everything in a heartbeat.  DH and I have wanted to strangle each other many times when we tried putting together IKEA furniture...

Ditto re: USA Baby. It's actually not a "chain" but a group of independent stores that came together as a purchasing group. I was very surprised when I went in and saw their very reasonable and competitive prices. The sales people were totally laid back, nobody was breathing down our necks. They were helpful and knowledgeable. But, yes, note that they order their furniture from the manufacturers and it can take months to get it in. Usually they'll tell you more or less how long it will take. They told me the crib and dresser would take approximately 4-6 weeks and they were in this week after 4 weeks. The glider won't be in for another 6-8 weeks but they warned me about this and I was ok with it because we ordered WAY early. They are holding all of the furniture as long as I like and then they'll deliver it together. Overall a great experience there.
