mothering dot com's forums have a michigan "tribal area" that is a FABULOUS resource for all things natural and holistic. I know that they just had a conversation about naturopaths and holistic MD's. There is a decent search function that you can use forum by forum that should help, but if you posted the question, they would give you at least three or four names in the area. We're lucky here that we even have people to CHOOSE from in SE mich.
