Was telling me how tired he was cause his 1 week old DS gets up 1time a night thats right 1 time!!!!! I wish my 8 month old only got up 1 time a night! Oh and he says its like clock work at 3am. Poor waiter I feel so sorry for him.

I wonder if he even realizes that the baby probably wakes up more than just at 3am (ie: his wife/girlfriend tends to the baby while he rolls over and doesnt even wake up)? 1 week olds need to eat more often than every 5 or 6 hours...

He was totally lying to you.  He was hung over from hanging out with his friends last night and, as an excuse to why he is so slow today and with the hope of getting a larger tip from you, he told you about his 1 week old...

hahaha. he saw that you had a baby and knew you were an easy target!!! ok, i hope that's not true, but this idea made me laugh.

At a week old we were still waking up dd to feed.

Maybe the baby is sleeping, and they aren't waking him/her up every 3 hours, and so he/she doesn't wake up on their own until 3am.

Haha...he probably was just making it up, but seriously? ?I want to slap people that are like, OMG my baby wakes up 1x a night and falls right back asleep, woe is me!!

I mean, I know every baby is different and who's to say someone else's situation is less hard/harder than another person's...but my baby would wake up every 45min - 1 hr the first 4 months. ?Don't tell me about sleep deprived!!?
