Once in awhile I'll do it while he's in his stroller or carseat, but usually he's cuddled with me. I read something early on that said to always hold them while eating for attachment purposes, but sometimes that's not convenient. DS doesn't seem to care either way.

I almost always hold her. With 2 other children, the time that I get to spend cuddling her is lessened and I know it doesn't last long before they won't cuddle! That being said, I do on occasion feed her in the stroller or carseat.
We always hold her, but she takes a bottle about once a week and DH loves the chance to feed her (or she's being babysat by a grandma or auntie and they love the chance to cuddle her). I've fed her once in her carseat when she was little and having a meltdown. If you bottle feed all the time I can understand doing it once in a while not holding them.
