I saw your post about your induction on Monday due to high BP...looks like I'm in the same boat. Was wondering how many times your BP had been up and what was the number?
Just curious to compare and get an idea of what my Dr. will want to do.
every doctor is different and every person is different - just keep that in mind....
my doctor is very conservative and my history with him is extensive - he's been my OB for over 10 years (I'm 29) - I've had high blood pressure since I started seeing him
my perinatologist and him were hoping that my blood pressure would stay normal - but the last few weeks they were concerned since it's been slowing creeping up - in the 130s/90 initially...then in the 140-150/90s....
I had some swelling and rapid weight gain this week - and just to be safe due to my history and the progress I've made so far - we decided to induce. hope this helps!
okay...thanks for the info! I just want to know my options in case my BP does not come down enough...I really don't want to be induced, so I'm hoping to take it easy and go from there!
