One of my favorite boy names that I will never be able to use. DH thinks it's a "soft name" but I think it's classic without feeling too old for a baby.
I like it. DH wasn't crazy about it as a boy name because he didn't think it was "strong" enough. It makes me think of this real nice Jamaican bartender I once knew. He should be around 32 now.
I think it's super cute for a little boy, but also a good name for an adult.

I actually know a girl named Julian, so that's what I think of. I don't like the name for a girl, since it is a boy's name, but it still feels very feminine to me.
I know a teenager with the name and I've heard it for older men. I think it's a nice name, but you run the risk of some teasing for it being too feminine (i.e. nn "Julie").
i love it. it was a contender for our DS #1 but we went with Oliver. I think it's a great name for a boy or an adult. To me it makes me think of a sensitive, smart, kind guy. Perfect!
Re: What do you think of
My abusive adulterous douchebag of an uncle.?
However, the name itself is nice. I don't really think of any type of person, after the initial uncle thought that is. ?
