During this pregnancy, my boobs haven't gone up a cup size but have changed shape and have tons of stretchmarks...

And suddenly, starting today, my bra is pinching me and ULTRA uncomfortable. Maybe I'm just retaining extra water...This happening to anyone else?

Swollen, no, but all of a sudden very tender, yes. I've grown for sure, but they were never really tender until the past week or so.
