How do get foundation stain out of clothes

My oldest DD wanted to try on her new dress; no problem.  I put it on her and went downstairs to get her sisters milk.  I come back up the stairs and she has climbed like a monkey up to our top drawer in our bathroom and gotten down foundation and put it all over her and got it all over the new, beautiful dress.  I think I'm going to cry.

I have tried shaving cream like I read on the internet but it's not working.  It is being washed as we speak; I put pretreatment stuff on it but I'm not feeling too hopeful. 

Any suggestions?

I'm thinking maybe Shout or Oxiclean

if there is still a stain when the wash is done, don't try it.  leave it overnight to soak in Biz or oxyclean and wash again on the hottest setting the fabric can handle and add the Biz or oxyclean to the wash.  good luck!
