ok, ONE of my toes is super-swollen

But only one of them. The tops of my feet are always crazy puffy but nothing else ever is. Right now my "ring" toe is all puffed up and weird feeling. How is it that only one of my toes is doing this?

my entire right foot/leg was alot bigger than my left side today...I got yelled at by my co-workers about the size of my cankles and they pointed out the difference in the sizes...im on my feet all day and am gonna start half days next week...yikes.
