First BH Contraction!

I'm sure I have had them before (since they are supposed to have started a long time ago), but I just felt my first undeniable BH contraction-I think.  It felt like my ute was pulling into a tight ball.  It lasted about 30 seconds.  It was a little more painful than what I was expecting, but I'm so excited.

I had my 1st on the other day too.  It felt so weird and freaked me out at 1st until I figured out what was going on.  They don't hurt but they definitely make me stop and regroup.
