1st pp period or something else?

HOLY HELL!  I am only 7 weeks pp, but spotting started at 6 weeks.  cramps are god awful.  i'm actually taking some of the rx motrin from the hosp.  this sound normal or like something else is going on?

I had my 1st pp period the day after my 6 wk appt. and I do remember the cramps being pretty bad   I'd say it's probably normal.
