Love it! Jackson is 22lbs and 31 inches long. It held him great and will for a long time. It kind of hold's them in a laying position to ?lean them forward. He loved to splash in it. HTH

  • Wow....Love the picture.  You can tell Jackson is having a great time.

Hearing from someone I "know" as opposed to a random reviewer helps.

  • We have the ladybug one and DD loves it too!  It is nice because it has the canopy on it.  The only thing about it is that we can't seem to get it back into the carry bag once it is deflated.

  • We have the same one.  Got it off craigslist and it works great/DS loves it.  So far, so good.  I also like how the canopy can be brought forward & backward.
  • What is the lightest a baby can be and use it? My Jack is a peanut!
  • We put my son in it at 4 months... He weighed about 16 pounds then... I love it.  We have been able to fold it back up in the storage case too and take it on trips...

My DS (Jack, too!) is the same age as yours and is about 18 lbs. and it worked well for him.  I could see using it for an even lighter child, too.

DD is less than 16lbs. and she fits perfectly. She loves it and I really like that it keeps her deeper in the water than some of the other floats we have.

The only issue I have is that, since the water is near her neck, she likes to lay back and take a nice sip of pool water. Yuck!
