MIL sent DS a "bug catcher kit."  It's actually pretty cute -- a plastic container w/ a built in magnifying glass, a little net, and some tweezers to pick up the bugs. We told him he could catch bugs and look at them and take pictures, but then he had to let them go.

I, however, refuse to play with bugs. I hate bugs. I do not want to carry them around in a plastic container. DS of course wants to do nothing else but catch bugs.

She also sent him Spiderman swim goggles, which he now wants to wear EVERYWHERE. He fell asleep with them on last night.

It's going to be a long summer.

Yea.  He can go catch bugs with Daddy.  I'm not fan of bugs, either.
