Now, instead of saying to return both forms, I need it to say to just return the "Acuse de Recibo" form

So would that be:  En su primer d?a de trabajo por favor imprima, complete y entregue el "Acuse de Recibo" a la atenci?n de su departamento de recursos humanos (RH).

 

Am I close?  ;-)  It would oh so helpful to have translators onsite rather than having to submit a ticket!  lol

That's ok too.

The difference is really minor...

It's like saying... Hand in the receipt form VS. just hand in the receipt.

Hmm, hand in the receipt doesn't sound right.  Basically we want them to hand in the form I mentioned above in italics.  Does it need to change?
