I love the parentsconnect.com site. They show the popularity and trend (if it's upwards or downwards). They also have "name experts" on thier boards that give ideas and suggestions. I actually haven't seen these other ones though and will be checking them out as well!

I like babynamewizard.com's NameVoyager. It doesn't really help as far as coming up with names, but I like to use it to see trends in popularity.
