I have never tried spinach in mine but I might the next time! Dh loves Pepperoni in his! My mom has always made it that way.  I also use sausage sometimes too, Ill just mix hamburger and sausage together and it taste really good that way too. My mom always called it mexican lasagna even thought I do not see how it could be lol!

    I'm sorry yours didn't turn out. I liked the spinach in there. Trying to sneak in some extra nutrient! I will have to try pepperonis in there some time. I make Mexican lasagna using enchilada sauce and tortillas. Yummy.

    The flavor was really good and all it was just the noodles that didnt turn out very well. DH loved it and so did DD so maybe I am just the weird one lol!
