Indiana Babies
Update
Ella is doing awesome. Since being on the new formula she is doing so good! She is peeing/pooping more and eating right on every 4 hours... meaning she is actually digesting it and it's not sitting in her belly, which is what I think it did yesterday. She has been wonderful today. Yesterday she ate about 2p and then hadn't eaten again until this happened at 8:15p. She was going longer on the hospital too, but now what happened is that I think it was just sitting on her belly and she wasn't digesting it, then spit it up 
We took her to the doc today and she is doing great, actually gained a few ounces from when she left, and is already only 1 oz from her birth weight.
I'm doing much better today, still just freaked out but we talked to the doc and he said to still put her on her back. He said that babies are built with the reflexes to get rid of it. He said they may struggle at times if they are choking, but it won't be harmful in the long run. He said at the most they might pass out from it, but they would be fine. Just going in and talking to him made me feel much better about things so that's good.
Still very scary of course, but my bug is doing great and there is something very special about her.

I'm soo happy to hear Ella is doing well! I Just looked at your pics and she's a super cutie.
Our doctor told us the same thing and said that babies will clear their airway..but it's still scary!
((hugs)) I'm glad you are feeling better. Joseph had mucous stuck in him when he was born. The m/w knew it'd come up soon, but didn't know when. It came up the day after he was born - he couldn't breathe and T.J. had to suction him out. It was terrifying. We took turns sleeping for a few days after that we were so scared of what would happen. So anyway, I totally empathize with you.
