I can't bring myself to FB my friend who just had a baby. I just can't. I feel so bad, because she has been so sensitive to my situation and she is a good friend. IF sucks so hard.

i'm so sorry hon!  you are human, your reaction is completely normal given your situation.  try not to feel bad.  being that she is a good friend, i'm sure she understands.  hang in there!  i'm here if you need to vent!

i understand exactly how you are feeling.  i felt the same exact way with all of my cousins that are pregnant right now, and my sister when she was.  you want to express your congrats, but there is that intense part of you that is so upset and jealous, regardless of how much you love that person in question, that just holds you back.  it is that sh**ty part that mother f-ing IF created.  try and cut yourself some slack.  easier said than done, believe me i know.  but remember-there is nothing wrong with how you are feeling.  give yourself some time.
