Prenatal exercise classes in Chester County?

Does anyone know of prenatal exercise classes in the Downingtown/Exton/West Chester area? (Yoga, water aerobics, etc.) TIA

Try Spirit of Yoga.  They have studios in Downingtown and West Chester.  I know they have a pre-natal class and a mommy and me class.  HTH.

i did prenatal yoga at Stillpoint in King of prussia. i know its not chester county- however their classes are on sundays- and you can always hit the mall afterwards.

LOOOOOVEd the instructor. she rocked. and totally prepared my body for childbirth. funny as hell too.

Just an FYI - I called them this morning.  Jack was super nice, and let me know that the classes are on hold until September.  He said if a bunch of people showed interest, he would consider scheduling a prenatal yoga over the summer.  Also, some of the other classes that they offer would be ok, but the moves would have to be modified.  They could do a one on one to show you how to modify, then set you loose on the classes.

i  have been looking for something in the KOP area so thank you for mentioning Stillpoint...Ill be checking out more info this week!
