You don't have to twist it. I liked mine. Hating changing it (would with any diaper genie). Got crushed in move. Now we just use the trash can. Hth!

I like it a lot. It's all we've used since DD was born. I've only used the Diaper Champ in the changing room at BRU and i don't know why people think it is so much better.

we still use ours, love it! And if you spray it down with lysol and air it out every once in a while, there's no bad scent. We also try to keep baking soda or an air freshener in there--makes changing it easier.
